VODACOM POOR CELL PHONE REPAIR SERVICES

I took my 9720 BlackBerry that is still under warranty for repairs at Vodacom repair center for repairs 3 times. It works only a short time then stop working. This time it appears Vodacom decided to repossess it from me - because they are not contacting me about when I will get it back and any progress on the repairs -its been 3 full weeks now. A COMPANY THAT IS MILKING SO MUCH MONEY IN PROFIT FROM CUSTOMERS CAN HARDLY PROVIDE GOOD REPAIR SERVICE TO ITS CUSTOMERS.
