Vodacom Poor Attitude and Theft from Customers

I have had the following services added to my contracts without my consent everytime I upgrade my contract over the phone: Hotspotter Rescue Box Safety Box Techrace Phone Box

I never gave consent for these services to be added to my account and now also with this debit orders off my bank account which I did not authorise or give consent for. I have asked Vodacom to have these services removed many times to no avail, between Vodacom and these providers you are a bunch of *******. I am a pensioner and ever cent counts. I am by no means happy with this, and if this is how Vodacom does business i will definitely be moving to another service provider and change my banking details so no more theft can take place on my account.

I am extremely unhappy withVodacom and the attitude you have towrads your customers. No customers = No Vodacom
