Vodacom Poor assistance

Having endless issues with the fibre line at home, contacted the call centre they logged a ticket and closed it with no resolution, upon calling them again, they merely would not assist and fed the same BS story without resolving my issue, logged another call for me and still not willing to assist and resolve my issue.
