Vodacom ... Poor and terrible service

I am really disappointed with the service at Vodacom Ive been trying to do an upgrade for over two weeks now Service has been Despicable Upgrade consultant promises a device to be delivered on Friday nothing happens I called in and got no answers Monday a consultant phoned to confirm delivery and says 3-5 working days for delivery just minutes later get a call again saying they don’t have the device in stock and I should re-do the upgrade and go through the whole process again It’s really sad to say this but Vodacom has done me down this time So when choosing a service provider think carefully Personally I’d rather pay more then get service like this
