Vodacom plz help Ive had it

Vodacom and I have had my phone fixed 6 times now no 1 is willing to help me it Just goes in comes back same problems over and over I'm paying Just under 1 thousand Rand and I'm at my breaking point the phone is about 6 months old getting no joy I needed to speak to some 1 who will actually follow through ***3 that is 1 out of the 5 job number plz help I just want a bladdy phone that works and Vodacom I'm a electrician if I cant fix something and I got given 6 chances my boss would have fired me so u tell me. I'm very unhappy with your service and help saying the fone needs to come in over 4 times for me to complain is this the South African way I guess no customer service I'm using a ******* Hisense fone because of this. I think you are Just saying it's fixed give it back the amount of petrol I've used coming there and back. im a red contract I'd expect some decent service but no plz help I really don't know wat to do with this unwilling to help a customer I mean it's not cheap contact and I'm not even using it regards Vincent green
