Vodacom Pleasssseeee

I am now battling with vodacom for nearly one year to cancel a modem. this modem contract came to an end in February 2016, we cancelled it and then our debit order was cancelled, by vodacom as well as the capp was taken off the modem. in may we received a ridiculous account, of which we disputed and vodacom gave us a credit and we confirmed the modem has now been cancelled. for the rest of 2016 we will leave it there. In February 2017 our phones we switched off when we enquired they had a lot of stories and eventually it came it it was the modem which was never ever cancelled and there was an arrears amount on this modem which was never paid or communicated with us. We have also asked on numerous occasions to send our statements to us via e-mail which is still not happening, but they can send you threatening e-mails, weird, but true, I spoke to various people at their call centre as well as team leaders which agreed there must be a credit passed, which they duly did, but not for the full amount, eversince we have spoken to Vodacom on a daily basis since 7 February 2017, just to notice this morning, 2 March phones switched off again because of this credit for the modem. once again no one wants to help me as it is on my husbands name and they we have asked them to change that too, as he cannot always phone, but Vodacom failed to do that too. when i contacted head office this morning, the receptionist was very rude to me and she put the phone down in my ear refusing to assist me at all. i actually do not know how vodacom expects people to just keep on paying, as all my money goes to vodacom each and every month because of general charge, general recharge charges, they do not tell you when you take out your contract that all prices exludes VAT etc, etc. i can go on for long time. so maybe someone will read this and be able to actually communicate to me in a proper manner and help me find a solution.
