Dear Vodacom For Your Attention

AGAIN FRUSTRATED WITH POOR SERVICE Here we go again.

As from 2016 on Helopeter i've complaint as to the bad service reciecved from this company.Still no change when it comes to delivery on time or as promised.

Again i;ve take out a upgrade from Vodacom who designate Ram Courier service in Belville as to regarding fulfulling they promise in delivery on time.

Been calling the calll agents Belville Cape town from RAM couriers but to my surpise it is only promise after promise.I was promise that my cellphne whch i ordered througt Vodacm will be delivered to my doorstep yesterday(16/07/2018).The consultant at the Belville branch assure me if i going to stay at home that delivery will take place yesterday.I remain a prisoner in my house for the whole half day.At past 15h00,being not notified as per sms or call, I've decided to call them again as to found out what is happening .The lady now (propably another Call Centre Agent on number ********** 600 inform me that the parcel was still at they Cape Town Wharehouse.This is really unbelievable poor service.Take me back to 2016 whereby i aslo struggle with the same company to deliver as promise by the service provider(this case Vodacom)After i let her know my frustration due to this unproffesional ism, she than told me that they will try today and i will receive a notice for delivery via sms. As at 10h00 today this seems to also been a stall case(No SMS), I called Ram Belville again and speaks with Jason.

Althought he apologise for the miscommunication he told me that the call centre agent are at no means able to make promisses as to delivery.

Vodacom and all other providers really needs to shame themselves as to still making use of a courier servce who really does not care as to ensuring good efficient quality care towards their faitfull loyal clientel.They one day delivery schelule for online deals are really misleading especially in the hands of Ram Hand to Hand services.Surely Ram hand to hand couriers does not tke customer care serioulsy.

So Vodacom please use a reputable company that really ensure that customer sevice remains utmost priority.Looking at all the complaints as to Ram Hand To Hand Couriers on Helopeter ,it still remains unbelievable why huge service providers like Vodacom is gambling as to the prosperity of the company when surely they can to best.

Hope someone in top structure at Ram hand to Hand Couriers will acknowledge this complant and will really raise the bar as to service delivery.
