Vodacom please stop taking my extra airtime and bonus airtime. Because every time I recharge I get them but I'm never able too use it because you taking it always after 2hours.
I find this very disappointing because on the terms and conditions it should expire at midnight. But that's never the case with you guys I buy airtime get extra airtime hours late extra airtime is gone.
We are currently investigating this matter and will update you regarding.
