Vodacom please stop employing ********s

This morning around 10:30 some guy called Professor came to my place to install wifi, when he leave done i saw that he has put in old LAN cable that was in there, i ask him why are you taking a new LAN cable his answer was it is a vodacom property, on checking the box's contents, Power supply cable, quick step guide booklet, product safety information booklet and LAN Cable, to my surprise the guy stole LAN cable, and when i call him to bring the Lan Cable back, he was very rude, allowing people like this in out houses is dangerous, if he can ***** cable what will he stael next time, or is this what he is used to ? i'm taking this matter up with authorities, ********ity wont be condoned never
