Vodacom please resolve this matter

To date I still haven't received any response from Vodacom regarding this matter.

They continue to debit my account ___ horrific.

On the 03rd of March 2020 I took a contract with vodacom. 2 weeks later the phone was not working. The screen did not respond to anything. I took the phone back to the vodacom store in Southgate where is where I initially took the contract. They told me to come back after 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I got an sms that I should go and fetch my phone as it’s been fixed and it’s at the store. When I got to the store, the store manager told me that my phone is at the store and he has to go and collect it from Midrand. This was a day before the lockdown so I asked him, Since the sims said I must come and pick up the phone and the phone is not here, please borrow me a phone so that I can have a phone during the lockdown, to this he refused saying that they don’t borrow our phones. I spent the whole of lockdown without a phone. After the lockdown I went back to the store to find out if my phone has been returned. When I got to the store, they gave me the phone and assured me that it was working, the manager did not test the phone because he didn’t have an appropriate charger for the phone. When I got home, the phone was not working. I left it on the charger for 24hrs and it still didn’t charge or even switch on. I went back to the Southgate vodacom store and told them that this phone is still not working and since it only worked for 2 weeks I do not want it and would appreciate a new phone. Because the phone you have given me is not working properly. Whilst all this is happening, vodacom continues to deduct the monthly amounts. I am paying full amount for ridiculous service. Please may vodacom cancel my contract and keep their phone. Please return all of my money that you have debited
