Vodacom please remove a ********** account that was opened in my name

Vodacom please remove a ********** account that was opened in my name by a person in Orange Farm in one of your franchise shops. The account was opened in April 2016, my account was debited on 26 April and I reported it in Canal Walk Vodashop same day. I was assisted by a consultant, Tembisa Dolo. I gave all the necessary documentation including a case number. She did nothing about it. On 5 May I sent an email to your ***** department with an affidavit, case number, ID copies, proof of res, also nothing was done. On Friday, 10 June 2016 I again sent documents to ********** still no response.

The number in question is ********** 334, this is not my number. I have never signed any contract with Vodacom.

I was in a car accident on Friday 03 June 2016, our car is a write-off, I cannot get any car finance because of this account which is overdue. I acted responsibly by reporting this account as soon as I found out but nothing was done in any of the Vodacom channels I communicated with. I need a car before Friday, I do not have 21 working days, none of this is my fault.

I need an official letter from you to take to the banks for my car finance application acknowledging that I never signed any contact with you, the documents I sent contain my real signature.

I need this account removed from my name now. Clear my name from TransUnion.
