Vodacom Please Rectify
Vodacom please refund my account as im not sure who allowed you to upgrade my contract without my permission. Please cancel all contracts. If you can do such a big thing without my permission you may also cancel all contracts, the contract ending May, I am giving you more than one months notice so you will not upgrade this number as well without my permission. I want feedback and I want an email saying that you will refund me and the refund date and I want it also mentioned that the number that contract end 12th May 2023 will be cancelled. The numbers should not be deleted but become prepaid.
