Vodacom Please Protect Your Customers - Dealer Shops *****

Ever since i had a cellphone i have been using vodacom as a network, But I am extremely Angry at the fact that the network is not able to offer security for thier customers. On the 6th September 2016 i got an sms telling me that a vetting application had been done in my vodacom account, i called the dealer alerted them about the ***** the store told me it was just an application. I called vodacom customer care and they told me they cant help me because its a store application. Then on Saturday the 10th a deduction was done on my bank account on the same account meaning the application was approved, a new contract was openned. How do you approve your upgrades? and what are the security checks you do for your upgrades?

Just when i thought that was enough then i checked my vodacom profile and one of my lines that was due for upgrade was also upgraded without my knowledge, all of this is done in Cape Town and I stay in Johannesburg, even worse when i openned my account i was staying at home in Mpumalanga, Vodacom please tighten your security check for upgrades and opening new lines, I can imagine one needs to have an ID, whne doing the application right? recent bank statement and proof of adress. I am now being debited more than what i have in my account and need to pay the penalities.
