Vodacom - Please fire your courier, RAM Hand to Hand immediately!

Please may Vodacom change their courier service to InterExpress. RAM Hand to Hand couriers are useless. They are now returning the cellular telephone that I have been waiting for a week for. Instead of calling on the alternative number provided to contact me on when the package was being delivered to my place of work, i get sent a,"Please call me". When I call the number, I am told that they sent the, "Please call me" to the wrong number and drive off. This is so unprofessional. There are a host of complaints against RAM. Why does Vodacom continue to use them - it's definitely not for a better customer experience! I have spoken to RAM online services and not any of the arrangements were honoured - I have transcripts of all interactions with RAM. I now remain without a phone because the staff at Vodacom shops are useless and chat away whilst customers wait in long queues. I thought going online will be better but instead was met with the incompetence of Vodacom's courier service, RAM Hand to Hand. Is there any winning with Vodacom!?
