Vodacom - please change your courier company. RAM ARE USELESS

I am a loyal customer for over 20 years and have several lines with vodacom. I have recently taken out a new contract and it is proving ridiculous to actually get the phone delivered. Vodacom use RAM hand to hand courers for their deliveries and they are utterly useless. Starting with arriving when you have informed them that no one will be home, to them not pitching at all despite promises to arrive and then arriving again when no one is home. The are utterly uselss in trying to get through to them and no one in the call centre is capable of assisting. Vodacom I implore you please change your courier service provider. After this experience I would rather change my cell phone provider than have to deal with RAM hand to hand couriers ever. You will lose business this way.
