Vodacom please call home
So the past 24 hours has been a nightmare. My number gets randomly blocked by Vodacom with no explanation or warning. I am asked via a voice recording to contact Customer services which I do only to be told that they cannot do anything as it's the Forensics dept who has blocked my number and they are the only ones who can assist. They give me a number ********** to call. To this minute nobody at that number answers the phone. There is no space to leave a message as the mailbox is full. I have tried so many times to no avail. The Customer services dept logged several calls with forensics but nobody has called. So last night at about 7pm my line is unblocked. At 22h04 I get another message from Vodacom stating I must contact the Foresnics dept on ********** . I digress. I am sick of this **** and this nonchalance and somewhat bullying tactics. What the hell is wrong with number that requires me to contact Foresnics dept ? And why can't I get through to the only number this frot has ? Has my number been hacked ? Something's got to give. This is so frustrating and irritating. I've just had foot surgery and I running around trying to sort out a problem created by Vodacom. Does anybody have an email address for ICASA ? Vodacom needs to be reported. This is my second entry on Hello Peter regarding this **** with Vodacom. A generic reply was received staying that a consultant will be contacting me. No consultant contacted me. If Vodacom reads this post please get your Foresnic dept to contact me seeing that their number does not work.
