Vodacom - please assist in cancelling my expired account

I need to cancel my expired Vodacom account. Not using it anymore. No one at Vodacom seems to be able to help. I just keep on an keep on, say they will phone me, but no one phones me back, I don't have that much airtime on my MTN to just keep on phoning and getting nowhere.
