Vodacom playstation and tv deals

So i took out a vodacom fibre contract with a playstation and a tv. My fibre was installed two weeks later. When i started to ask about the add on products they just told me there was a hold up. After a month i find out that vodacom does not have any stock. It was a Christmas present and here i am still without my products. If i knew that vodacom has such bad service i would have taken out my fibre with a much cheaper and better service provider. 2 months later and vodacom still advances the playstation!!!! Words can not describe the anger. I use to work for vodacom for years and this is the service you get. I will never in my life recommend vodacom ever again. Every day i have to phone and find out whats going on. They cant even phone me back.
