Vodacom playing reversed Robin Hood?

Because online upgrade doesn’t cost anything, I thought let me go that route, to my detriment because I will be waiting for the handset to arrive like a fool just to find out that my upgrade was cancelled because of “incorrect internal activation”, nobody informed me that they are actually out of stock on the handset I wanted. I then decided to do the call centre upgrade where no cost will be applicable either. On the second attempt it was successful, or so I thought. After receiving the handsets, I called 111 to check my balance, because I wanted to see if my new contract plan was loaded, it was not. No problem. But my account would have been an astronomic R1001.04, I knew that something was wrong. So I called again 111, we all know how long you have to wait and don’t dare to ask for someone to assist in Afrikaans because then the waiting is even longer. The person I spoke to indicated to me that they accidently loaded the delivery cost of the new handset on my account (R520.13), this was on 21 February 2018, the reference number was 1- ********** ********** . Then I presumed the matter was resolved and only R480.91 will be deducted from my account. I woke up to the sms indicating that Vodacom deducted the R1001.04. I have to call AGAIN, 111, I was sent from pillar to post to get to Nomopulelo who then informed me that the amount wrongfully deducted was credited to my account, I then indicated that I don’t want it credited to my account, purely because as a single mother of two, I have to budget for every cent I give out. I then indicated I would want the money back in my account. Now it will be resolved within 7 working days, which will only be next Friday then, I can’t wait that long for MY money that VODACOM TOOK without my consent. Like I said, I budget for every cent so I obviously have something else I have to pay with that money, Vodacom didn’t wait 7 working days to deduct it why must I wait 7 working days to get it back? Next week Friday is 9 March, as we all know accounts etc must be paid by 7th latest. I would really appreciate it if I can have MY money back TODAY!! I have been a customer of Vodacom since January 2002, as a loyal customer I really expected better than this!!
