Vodacom Platinum Sucks

Hi. Ive had a contract with vodacom since 1995. Ive been on the vodacom platinum unit for a few years now and i have received no service from Vodacom since this year. I needed my phone to be checked as it wasn't working so I called them. They promised to send the courier to collect my phone. They forgot to send out the courier and this went on for over three weeks. Eventually the courier collected my phone and about two weeks later i get a call to disable the find me function on my phone. I did this and up until today i can't get an answer from Vodacom as to when i will get my phone back. I asked for a replacement/ loan unit and it was supposed to be sent to me but again, nothing. This has gone on for over three months and still nothing. I called the platinum help desk this morning and asked to speak to a manager. I was told by Gillian that he will contact me today as he was in the office but still nothing. It seems Vodacom does not understand customer service at all and I have to admit that their service really sucks. I have a good mind to cancel all my contracts with them and never recommend them to anyone that I know.
