Vodacom placed me on Credit Bureau for their Incompetency

If you have been following my reviews I have had endless issues with Vodacom, to current that they have placed me on Credit bureau as a slow payer and all this was due to their *********** staff not knowing how to take simple instructions when I requested for my contract to be cancelled in April 2021.

Finally after one reversal my contract was cancelled but they failed to mention to me on my numerous calls to them that after the reversal my account went into cash payment. This was found out by myself after going to my local vodacom store to find out when I was due for an upgrade and the lady had told me my account was in prelegal. After calling prelegal and them advising there was nothing they could do, I came onto hello peter and a good Samaritan called me and was able to get me a credit from April and help me be removed from Prelegal. However this past Saturday the 26/03/2022 I went to take on a new line for an Ipad for my daughter at the iStore but the application was rejected. This was due to my name reflecting on the Credit Bureau. Vodacom added me onto a slow payers list for their incompetency. I called Vodacom today and spoke to such a well mannered and helpful young female Thando Nguni from Pre legal who tried to assist me with removing my name of the credit bureau but the department she called said they cannot assist me as I failed to make payment. So my question is how did I fail to make payment, please look into my records I have been with Vodacom for more than 5 years and I have never missed a payment, all I did was reversed 1 payment so that I could get vodacom's attention and I did only until this reversal was done was my account cancelled. But as mentioned no-one called me to tell me my account was in arrears, all that time I was in beflief they were using the monies that was owed to me to pay the contract that still in use. So I would like this to be dealt with appropriately I want my name removed from the credit Bureau as Vodacom caused this painful issue. It is a year that I am having endless problems with Vodacom. My husbands lawyer advised me that I can sue Vodacom for deformation of character, and I am actually meeting with him on Thursday to have this done. Ref for my last resolution was ***
