Vodacom - ****piest telecom company

<p>Never in my life have I ever been so ****ed off at Vodacom!!So I have an existing contract with them from 2015. This year I tried to take out another contract of ****ing R129 a month!!1st time I was told I don't qualify yet last year my credit limit had gone up to R1500 and am currently only using R380. So I phoned the call centre only to be assisted by the laziest non-interested consultant!A week later, the vodacom consultant who was assisting me phoned me to tell me that my request has been approved. So I go again today but after sitting for 30mins am told my contract was moved 2 a new system or some **** story like that so again I couldn't get a tablet for R129 a month!!Mind you I had to drive from Randburg to Eastgate to be told this..having been in traffic for over an hour!!I had better service from Hyundai to buy a car instead of the run around I'm being given at vodacom!</p> <p>Dear vodacom - **** your contract!am moving to Telkom!!</p>
