Vodacom Picbell Parcade Centre Store sim swop disaster

I lost my phone and went to the Picbel Parcade Centre Vodacom store to do a sim swop successfully. I was charged R20 for the sim which is ridculous, i didn't even get a cash receipt. The consultant did not ask me any security questions or last five numbers dialed etc. This morning to get a sim swop for my data sim they wanted 5 numbers dialled. I advised i only use this sim for data. I took my own sim card that i bought for 5 cents from Edgars and they blatantly refused to do it. The manager and 2 staff members was saying this is the process. Why then if you fail in getting sim swop over the phone and you are directed to a vodacom store they tell you you have to pay R20.

THIS IS *******ION!!!
