Vodacom phones me and laughs at me

Vodacom phoned me to find out how their service is. I told the lady that I am not happy and that my numerous complaints I have raised have never been addressed by Arthur Jantjies from your escalation desk - my email dated 11 and 16 January never been answered, she then laughed and told me to calm down. when I asked for her name she slammed phone in my ear. She phoned from +*** and when I try phone back it rings then goes engaged. I don't actually care if they reply or not because I know they won't, just want to warn future Vodacom customers. By the way we are VIP supposedly.
