Vodacom phone with missing earphones and adapter/charger

I Purchased an I phone SE 2020 from vodacom online,the phone was delivered on the 30/11/2020 without ear phones and part of the charger, adapte no one told me i will receive the phone with part of the charger and no ear phone,should they have said ,i would not have accepted the offer,i then sent an email to '***''***' on the 30/11/2020 and again on the 01/12/2020 'because they were sending me emails before i received the phone but no one got back to me, even called *** but no answer held for too long. I'm not happy with the phone as the color is not what i wanted as well ,i just want Vodacom to come collect their phone with missing
