Vodacom phone insurance claim.
My wife has had phone insurance with Vodacom for 7 years. Throughout our time claiming it’s been nothing but a nightmare. The Vodacom store in Eastgate should also absolutely be avoided if possible.

30 Oct 2025, 05:41Hi we are still struggling with the claim. It’s Either stores don’t have the phone we are looking for or they don’t want to help us with the claim. The Sandton City branch of Vodacom outright refused to assist.
