Vodacom phone insurance a ****.

Never get Vodacom phone insurance. My phone was dropped and the lcd broken .. its not a R25k phone its a Redmi note 12. Tried to hand it in ... This vodacom says "no we dont do insurance" so i had to drive 60km to go hand it in. I could not be without a phone ..not even one day ... My business depends on my phone entirely so i had to first go and buy a new phone and do the clone no help from vodacom there. For many years and on multiple contracts i paid insurance , this was my first claim. So i handed in my reset phone for repairs anc its been 6 weeks now not a peep from them. I phoned them 2 weeks ago and was told that the phone i handed in was not the phone insured ... Yet i have all the documentation. Will i ever get an answer regarding my phone ? Probably not. To me this is vodacom insurance is a **** ... All is well while they get your money ... As long as you dont claim. Im waiting and they will have the war they are asking for.
