Vodacom phone insurance

Last year July 2024 I bought iPhone 15 pro cash at Vodacom Baywest mall PE, I also took their phone insurance. I recently got hijacked this month my phone was also taken with. I went to Vodacom Baywest mall to claim for the phone. They declined my claim because I was not using a vodacom sim card. told them that I was not told that I must use a Vodacom sim card when I took the phone insurance and I bought my phone cash.

The store manager escalated the matter for me now they coming up with stories that there has been many sim card inserted in the phone
