Your phone in support and sales 082 135 is an absolute disaster - firstly to try and navigate the endless options is a challenge on its own and then when you finally get to the option you're looking for you get cut off! Not once but twice now. Only other option now is to go into a Vodacom shop and actually speak to a living person! You're definitely not in the business of saving your customers time.
