vodacom phone blocked

My smartphone has been locked, and that was due to outstanding debt,but the balance has been paid, and the smartphone is still locked even after making the payment. It has been day 5 today

I made several calls to customer care and even visited the VODACOM SHOP but no progress was made. Telling me that there is nothing that can do. ***
