Vodacom-Phoenix Plaza

my husband went in to the Phoenix plaza, (2 kids tagged along )and signed a contract, which took almost 2 hours, which is understandable, however whilst waiting to receive (his) the cellphone, he was advised it is out of stock! Why was he not told before he completed the forms, only to ave wasted his time waiting, to have the manager (a guy) trying to sell a different product opposed to what we went for! Livid at the type of service Vodacom currently offers. No remorse even when we requested the deal should be cancelled!
