Vodacom people *****s all my sms,data,night owl and airtime

Two of my contract's balances (sms,data,night owl and airtime) were made zero through the day. I tried the call center but no-one answers. The call center is just an impossible way of communicating with you. Can someone at Vodacom please explain to me how someone can ***** all my airtime, data and sms's and how will you fix and avoid this in future.
