Vodacom Pb voucher hard to use

Vodacom is selling nice Petrol Vouchers , -BP But is it unfortunately we are struggling to cash them out Last week i went to Grayston PB garage , they said the cashiers forgot to charge the speed points and i must go to Gramaview , and is gonna take time to charge, 4 weeks before i went to Ivory park swazin BP , The consultant said Bram wam that machine will take my time, i was so shocked , i went to Campridge next to P****lng the consultant said the person who knows how to operate the Machine is not in today, @vodacom please do something about this poor service.
