Vodacom Payment Services Stole my Customers Money

If you have a business, please stay away from Vodacom Payment Services whether as a card machine or online payment gateway.

Our clients have processed payments 3 weeks ago and as a merchant we are still struggling to get this payment into our account from Vodacom

The responses are always the same, the team leaders are ALWAYS in a meeting - maybe because nothing is ever right at Vodacom.

These people have onboarded two different VPS numbers, mixed everything up, then told me I will be receiving my payments, up till today there is no payments.

Even after forwarding banking details as per their request, we still are unable to get this funds or talk to anyone higher up.

Masiba and George the team leaders from Vodacom Payment services are hard to reach. Promises of calls back are not received.

If you value your business and your clients, do not make use of Vodacom payment services, you will definitely be sorry, and you certainly won't get assistance, even after they caused the mistake.

We now have to approach the Banking Ombudsman and The Payment Association of SA to report Vodacom payment services as *****ulent and log a dispute.

Our company have opened a case of ***** under false pretences at SAPS - Malvern

It is my assurance to you, and I will bet my entire company on it, that you will have endless problems with this payment provider.

My advise is Please stay away from Vodacom Payment Service's at all cost. If they are doing it to a large merchant like us, you can certain there will be no care about your business or your clients needs.

You too will have no way to voice your opinion, or seek resolution besides contacting the secretary office of Vodacom CEO, or when you explore the matter big enough the secretary, phones you herself... Or you will need to visit the Payment Association and Banking Ombudsman.

Recordings will be attached soon!
