Vodacom Payment Service
Vodacom failed to debit on my bank account last month and they called to let me know that there were insufficient funds in my account ****rue). So I called and enquired about this and the consultant could only say that the system shows “BE” then told me to contact my bank. I had contacted my bank previously and they confirmed that Vodacom did not try to debit anything. I asked to speak to senior consultant or even a supervisor and I was given attitude by the consultant and she said she had logged in on the system for them to call me but they never did. I expressed my unhappiness and was still not assisted and they are going to charge me for non payment yet they did not set the mandate on their side for a debit order. Thoroughly disappointed in Vodacom really cos this has been happening for some months now yet when I tell them to debit double they can do it.
