VODACOM Payment ****
Vodacom Number Deleted. Long story short, I fell behind on a Vodacom contract, due to the effects of Covid epidemic had on my industry. Since that time I always made payments on a monthly basis to try and catch up. never at any stage was I informed regarding this matter. This Monday I received a message for the first time informing me the number is due for immediate deactivation. I called the ********** call centre the to get more information, I was advised I can make payment and my line will be fine. I did the payment only to find out my number was deleted!!! Vodacom informed me that the number has been deleted and there is nothing they can do....even after I explained to then about settling the amount. Words can not explain... I am extremely disappointed this number is my business contact and without it I now would not be able to run my business and generate income for my family. I was never advised correctly about the process. This is a massive hit to me and my family. I really hope there is a way to resolve this I have been trying everything...
