Vodacom - paying for a non-existant signal

Signal dropped to non-usable on my property, suburb of Cape Town, with initial problems at -94 - -98 dBm. I logged the first call with Vodacom indicating that I was unable to receive or make calls on any of 5 Vodacom sims on the property, and had to rely on text messages or Wifi. The call was closed 3 days later indicating they were unable to get hold of me.

I opened a second call immediately, explaining that was the very point of the call - with an alternative Telkom(!) landline number for contact as well as email. I also indicated at this point that I wanted a manager to call me. The signal had by this stage deteriorated further.

The second call has now been closed - with ZERO management contact - and an text message indicating that they had done network synchronization and I should monitor.

The signal over the weekend was -105 to -107 dBm. I am now looking at -113 to -117 dBm. (That is classified 'dead'.)

I requested instructions of how to cancel the contract via Twitter, zero response.

Pretty much ******* in my view. Unable to use any of the phones on the property.

Reviewer Update
Dearest Vodacom replies privately - does not bother to try contacting me on the alternative (TELKOM) number provided on the call - indicating that the (2nd) call was closed indicating that my profile has been updated and I should monitor.

My further response to Vodacom:

My query is NOT RESOLVED.
1. When I spoke to the consultant after the first call was closed, I requested management contact. That has not happened. That means my request IS NOT RESOLVED.
2. If my profile is updated and that has NO IMPACT WHATSOEVER, my request IS NOT RESOLVED.
3. If the customer is expected TO MONITOR, how does such customer give the feedback IF YOU HAVE RESOLVED THE CALL.

There is NO SIGNAL!!!

5 Vodacom SIMS on the property unable to make or receive calls.

THIS IS NOT RESOLVED.
