Vodacom payback money

<p>Hi there money has been takeing off my account since Feb 2015. I send the 2 new phones back. I have been struggeling for more then a month and a half ago to get the money back. They owe me for about 16months. I have been to Vodacom so many times . Promises been made . I have been treated rudely . I go to vodacom where we phone the accounts department. The last time I was told last week it would pay out. I was there Tuesday and it's still on going nobody can tell me when.?.
