Vodacom - Pay for more - but get less

Early this year - I upgraded to the SAMSUNG S6 Package . My monthly deductions had one issues this year where I moved banks and my \ credit record "was affected due to Vodacom's account department after notifying them. My current bill Monthly is around R1800 - R3500 PM due to the fact that all my business calls on it. My monthly debit orders go of on time every time .
