Vodacom Pavilion Sucks

<p>Dear Vodacom</p> <p>I have just taken up a Vodacom contract and I'm really appalled at the low service level received and Vodacom Pavilion.</p> <p>I went into the shop with the intention to purchase a Sony X. Suhail- the consultant kept trying to persuade me into buying Samsung then eventually told me that the Sony X was out of stock. He informed me that the Sony XA had exactly the same features and that the XA was cheaper simply because of the package. I specifically wanted the Sony X because of the dual sim feature which the phone I was sold does not have. This Sony XA also has less megapixels than the Sony X I wanted. His exact words were “the phones are exactly the same and I will give you a wireless speaker as well as water, which we didn’t get).</p> <p>Suhail did not focus on our needs and was more concerned with making a sale. We were constantly disrupted by a lady (not from Vodacom) bring him coffee and chatting to him. Worst of all- we didn’t even get a copy of the contract so I was completely unaware that we only had 7 days to return the phone.</p> <p>I will not be renewing my Vodacom contract and I’m appalled at their service level. These consultants only care for the brands which will give them high commission and not my Sony.</p> <p> </p> <p>LIVID</p>
