Vodacom pathetic staff

I ordered a phone a month ago, they let me know last week that they will deliver it when I was out of town. I arranged that they deliver when I am back. Obviously that didn't happen and when I called they said it was returned to vodacom. When I called them Monday 14th, they said they will call me on Wed 16th. That didn't happen as well. Then when I called again I spoke to the rudest of people Wilson, who shouted and screamed at me that he is going to cancel my phone. When I told him about his pathetic service and cut the call. He called me from another number again and continued to shout at me.
