Vodacom pathetic services

Such pathetic unfair services . It took me 4 hours to cancel a cell phone contract in July 2020, then when I called in in august 2020 to cancel the second contract to find out that contract is still open , and they are billing me , so they said it will 7 days to refund , it’s gone 2 weeks and still no refund , I was with Vodacom for many years and will never go back
