Vodacom pathetic service yet again

I was at the vodacom store at Liberty Mall in pmb with my dad three weeks ago to take a cellphone contract. He works during the week and on some weekends so we gathered all his documents and went through. We sorted everything out for a contract and they had indicated they do not have any stock of the phone and will let us know when they do get stock. I phone vodacom daily and they still don't have stock and they cannot tell me when they are expecting delivery. Just because vodacom thinks they are the world leaders, they think they can just keep consumers on a string. Their pathetic service will actually be their downfall in the long run
