Vodacom pathetic service - Vodacom Centurion Mall
Shocking pathetic service from Vodacom. Trying to open a contract. Send them 5 months bank statements. FNB statement runs till 22 Feb. My salary gets paid in on 25th. They want a statement that shows salary of 25 Feb, but FNB only sends out new ones 22 March. How absolutely ridiculous is that. And who is the person that thinks like that. Happy to go go MTN. Pathetic service by Thembi and the Manager Sivosh.
