Vodacom Pathetic Service level

In August 2024 I received a call from one of Vodacom's agent about my contract which had expired and i said i was comfortable with leaving it as a month to month. But I got informed that the rates would increase and if I wanted to keep the current rates or lower I would need to take on another contract which would be the same. So I okay lets do this, several weeks I noted that pocket router was not working and when I called in I was advised that this was switched to Home Internet and I immediately said that's not what I wanted and it got cancelled. Later in the year I got a call saying that my home internet contract was due to renewal and it was soon to expire and I said I actually would like a Fibre. So the agent checked my location and confirm that fibre is available. So i received the router and noticed that man this is the same or similar set up I have, I immediately called Vodacom on 13 December 2024 and they confirmed that it was a home internet and not for fibre which I wanted. I was given ref no 4Fodm60 , for collection ref:5-CT5877S30. I was then advised to call in as soon the collection of the router had been done which was on 17 Dec 2024 I spoke to Andile Ntombela ***. 17 February 2025 I checked my Jan and Feb statement and I see I am being charged for the same thing I had returned which was wrong I received ref :***. I was told a refund would be made. 3 March I call as I see no action has been done, the lady had advised me she was escalating the matter to the back department and gave me a credit ref:*** and she advised that both Jan and Feb amounts will be credited in 7 days and that I would need to call again or send an email to *** attaching my bank statement and indicating the ref no. 10 march I spoke to Lathitha about the same thing she gave me ref no:*** and said her manager will give me a call shortly as I was not happy with Vodacom's customer service level. She told me she would escalate the matter with the back office to fix. I then received an email from Tshepiso on 13 March stating that I have logged this query with the incorrect department and he has escalated it to Retentions Trade Partner and said i should call *** to follow up. 17 March I call the number I spoke to Thandela Mhlongo and Akhona Nyawose didn't help with anything also they said there is nothing they can do but to escalate to the back office. I asked to speak to whoever is in charge of the back office I was told that they don't have that information. I also sent my query to mediarelations@vodacom. co.za there was not response.
