Vodacom Pathetic service

I went to vodacom centurion mall next to chicken licken on black friday to get a phone. The service is pathetic. Firstly I was told I will get my phone in 4 hours and that did not happen.i called 7 hours later and some rude guy told me it's still in process I must give it 30 minutes.Lets just say I did not get my phone friday.They called me today which is Sunday to come collect the phone,I travelled ****** 30km to go get the phone,when I get there I'm told of system issue they need to redo the application then they will call me.Worse they helped their "friend" and claimed they were there before me while I waited long to be assisted. Your consultants are rude and do not know how to deal with customers. Why was I called if something was wrong.Vodacom we are not puppets we are your customers.
