Vodacom pathetic service delivery

I have been a Vodacom client for more than 10 years and have various contracts with them. However, recently (4 Nov)I wanted to add a contract and was told that it cannot be done, as there is a deal on my account which has been open since 2009, of which I dont know anything! Though this is ridicilous, because I have added contracts after 2009, with no problem,previously. Pieter at Vodacom Hi-Cell Wonderboom really tried to assist me but struggled tremendously to get ahold of someone to assist. I completed all the documents for the deal (Samsung A31 @R200 pm) as the deal was to expire within the next few days. I was promised that it will he fixed and I will have the phone within a few days.

We are now at 19 Nov, and still no phone! Pieter told me that the 2009 deal was removed but as the A31- deal expired, he requested commercial sales to open the deal again in order for him to he able to load it for me. Everytime I phone, I am told that he has been informed that it was opened, by them, but when he tries to load it, it is not open. I have been getting this story now for 2 weeks ongoing. It is totally ridiculous and I refuse to be prejudiced by Vodacoms internal system/ personnel issues. I signed for that deal prior to its expiry and I get the feeling that they hope I give up and take a more expensive deal, which is available now. This is the worst service delivery and unacceptable treatment of a loyal customer!
