Vodacom pathetic service

I have never been so angry in my life. I want nothing ever to do with Vodacom. Last year I discovered 2 accounts were open **********ly in my name and I have been in contact with Vodacom and did everything they asked me to do with regards to this. They have handed me to lawyers twice over accounts I have no idea about. I have sent affidavits numerous times and IDs as their have requested. Just found out they have listed me. *** does this company want from me? They call me I tell them what happened and even the IDs are not the same. I go to their offices everyday and don't get help.
