Vodacom pathetic service

The worst customer services ever received. I have been trying to gt my Fibre up and running for the past week. I called in everyday since the 24 April and no one cna assist me. I even went instore still no luck. I work from home and this week has been a nightmare with vodacom. I now requested for my services to cancel and was told I can only do that on Monday and that will take 3 working days FFS vodacom your services are pathetic
