Vodacom Pathetic Service and Inability to Assist Customers

I have been trying to open a contract but for some reason no matter what I do, vodacom refuses to give me the contract I want. They keep blaming my credit score and telling me to phone transunion, but they not the problem, its Vodacom! When I first app**** I was told my score was not high enough, I have since had a credit card and store account to which I pay off every month. This has resulted in my credit score doubling and sitting in the status of Good. But yet they still reject my application and offer me the EXACT SAME CONDITION CONTRACT to the value of R350 as they did when I first app**** with a low credit score!!!! HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE!!!! Its as if they havent even pulled a new score rating but used the old one. Vodacom openly admitted they can see I can afford to pay for the contract I want valued at R900 pm but refuse to give it. I have a credit card to the value of R15000 and a store card to the value of R5000, each opened when my credit score was lower. Now that the credit score is a lot higher, Vodacom refuses to give me a contract valued at R900? Please explain this stupidity and logic. Vodacoms calculations are sooo messed up! It has nothing to do with TransUnion and everything to do with how Vodacom calculates on their side but yet wants to point fingers at the credit bureaus. What else am I suppose to do in order to get the contract i want and not some lousy excuse of a condition contract offered in its place? I have followed everything that was suggested but yet the company still refuses to open my contract? Its as if they are allergic to people actually giving them money! I want answers, and not pathetic excuses from call centre employees who dont know how to provide proper information!

Am I going to be contacted at some point? Or is this a false reply and I am just going to be ignored?
